Costume Commissions

Terms:

  • All pieces large enough will be sketched before crafting begins and sent for approval or changes. If any changes are made after production has begun, a $20 fee per change will apply
  • Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, Quickbooks email invoice, Stripe, and cash/paper check in person. E-checks are not accepted
  • Payment will be divided into two portions, first for material costs and second for labor/shipping
  • All cosplays may be used personally i.e. worn to cons, used in photoshoots, etc. I must be contacted and credited prior to any desired cosplay competition. Competing with a fully commissioned cosplay is not permitted, unless it is arranged for you to be my model. Please tag @optical.phenomenon in Instagram posts.

  • 2"-3" stones: $10 each

Work I do not do for props: 3D printing, animatronics, custom microchip coding (for LEDs with animations I will use a pre-programmed chip)
